1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website yourbreezes.com and all services provided by Breezes Resort & Spa Bahamas ("Breezes," "the Resort," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by International Lifestyles Inc. ("ILI"). By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Booking & Reservation Policies

2.1 Deposit Requirements

Certain rates and promotions (such as non-refundable rates) require full payment at the time of booking. Otherwise:

  • 1–45 days before arrival: Full payment required at time of booking, subject to cancellation fees.
  • 46+ days before arrival: A deposit of $200 per person is required at booking. Final balance is due 45 days before arrival. Bookings without full payment by this deadline may be canceled.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • 46+ days before arrival: No penalty.
  • 31–45 days before arrival: $200 per person penalty.
  • 16–30 days before arrival: 50% of total room amount.
  • Within 15 days, no-shows, or early departures: 100% non-refundable.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Non-refundable rate bookings are not eligible for any refund regardless of cancellation timing.

2.3 Reservation Modifications

Reservation changes (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Modifications to non-refundable bookings may incur additional fees. To modify a reservation, contact our reservations team at help@breezesmail.com or call (954) 342-4616.

2.4 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early arrivals are welcome to use the resort facilities, including restaurants, bars, pools, and the beach, while rooms are being prepared.
  • Late check-out may be available at $30/hour, subject to availability.

2.5 Age Requirement

Breezes Bahamas welcomes singles, couples, friends, and families with children aged 14 and older. No guests under the age of 14 are permitted. Each room must have at least one adult who meets the minimum check-in age:

  • March through July: Minimum check-in age is 25, unless booked through our Groups Department.
  • August through February: Minimum check-in age is 21.

Guests dining in specialty restaurants must be 21 years of age or older. All guests, regardless of age, are charged the standard adult rate.

2.6 Room Occupancy

  • Single Occupancy: 1 guest per room.
  • Double Occupancy: 2 guests per room.

Rates are generally advertised per night, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is 150% of the per-person double rate.

2.7 Required Documents

All guests must present a valid passport at check-in for identity and age verification. U.S. citizens: visit travel.state.gov for passport and travel requirements to The Bahamas.

2.8 Guest Conduct

Breezes Bahamas reserves the right to refuse service and remove any guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of resort policies, without refund. Guests are expected to treat all staff and fellow guests with respect.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Currency & Payment Processing

All rates, fees, and charges are quoted and billed in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3.2 Deposit & Balance Schedule

For bookings made more than 45 days before arrival, a deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Pay Balance on Arrival

Eligible guests may opt to pay their remaining balance upon arrival at the resort. This option is subject to approval and availability. Guests selecting this option must provide a valid credit card on file to guarantee the reservation. The full balance will be charged upon check-in.

3.4 Advertised Rates

  • All advertised rates include applicable taxes including VAT.
  • Rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy, unless stated otherwise.
  • Airfare is not included unless booked as part of a package.
  • Some promotions require minimum night stays.
  • Promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to blackout dates.

3.5 Payment Security

We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. All-Inclusive Package

4.1 What Is Included

Your all-inclusive rate at Breezes Bahamas covers the following:

  • Accommodations in your selected room category
  • All meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at included restaurants
  • Unlimited drinks including cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Beach and pool access with loungers and towels
  • Land sports: tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball
  • Fitness center access
  • Daily entertainment and live shows
  • Wi-Fi throughout the resort
  • Taxes and gratuities (tipping is not expected)

4.2 What Is Not Included

The following services and amenities are available at additional charge:

  • Spa services: Massages, facials, body treatments, and salon services.
  • Cabana rentals: Private cabanas with dedicated waiter service.
  • Private dining experiences: Exclusive dining events and chef-curated menus.
  • Premium excursions: Off-site tours and experiences.
  • Gift shop purchases.

4.3 Accessibility

If you require accessible accommodations, please contact our reservation specialists before booking. Some rooms and facilities are wheelchair-accessible. Contact airlines, airports, or transportation providers directly for their accessibility arrangements.

5. Breezes Rewards Program

5.1 Enrollment

Breezes Rewards is a free loyalty program open to all guests aged 18 and older. Enrollment is available through our website at yourbreezes.com/rewards or at the resort front desk. No purchase is required to join.

5.2 Earning Points

Members earn points on eligible stays and purchases at Breezes Bahamas. Points are awarded based on booking value and may vary by promotion or rate plan. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5.3 Tier Benefits

The program includes four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers progressively enhanced benefits. Tier status is determined by cumulative qualifying activity. Specific benefits for each tier are detailed on the Breezes Rewards page of our website.

5.4 Program Modifications

ILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Breezes Rewards program, including tier structures, point earning rates, and redemption options, at any time with reasonable notice. Points may expire after an extended period of account inactivity, as detailed in the program terms provided upon enrollment.

6. Day Passes & Services

6.1 Day Passes

Day passes grant non-registered guests access to select resort facilities and amenities for a specified period. Day pass availability, pricing, and included amenities are subject to change and may be limited based on resort occupancy. Day passes must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.

6.2 Private Dining

Private dining experiences are available by reservation and are subject to availability. Pricing, menus, and availability may vary by season. Cancellations of private dining reservations may be subject to fees as communicated at the time of booking.

6.3 Spa Services

Spa appointments are available to resort guests and day pass holders by reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Spa services are not included in the all-inclusive rate.

6.4 Cabana Rentals

Private cabanas are available for daily rental on a first-come, first-served basis and may be reserved in advance. Cabana rentals include dedicated waiter service. Pricing and availability vary by season.

6.5 Weddings & Group Events

Breezes Bahamas offers venues and services for weddings, corporate retreats, and group events. All group and event bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions provided by our Groups Department. For inquiries, contact help@breezesmail.com.

7. Website Use

7.1 Account Creation

Certain features of our website, including the Breezes Rewards portal, may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information promptly if it changes.

7.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the website for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality or security features.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the website without our express written permission.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

International Lifestyles Inc. (ILI) and Breezes Bahamas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, except where caused by the proven negligence of the resort. The resort is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms. A safe is provided in each room for securing personal items.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ILI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or your stay at the resort. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision.
