How BreezyFlex Works

Pay the one-time BreezyFlex fee with your booking. Currently $99.
Plans Change?
Cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Get Your Refund
Receive a full refund of your trip cost. The BreezyFlex fee is non-refundable.

BreezyFlex can always be added at checkout, regardless of how far out your trip is.
After Booking
If your arrival is 48 or more days away, you can add BreezyFlex within 24 hours of booking. If your arrival is fewer than 48 days away, BreezyFlex must be added at checkout.
Cancellation Rules
Within the Window
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund of your trip cost (minus the BreezyFlex fee). No questions asked.
Inside 48 Hours
Once inside 48 hours before arrival, BreezyFlex no longer applies. Standard cancellation policies take effect and the reservation is non-refundable.
Works with BreezyPay
BreezyFlex works seamlessly with BreezyPay. Since BreezyPay completes all payments at least 45 days before arrival, you are always fully paid when the BreezyFlex cancellation window opens. If you cancel with BreezyFlex, all installments already paid are refunded together (minus the BreezyFlex fee).
Exclusions & Limitations
BreezyFlex Does Not Cover
- Cancellations inside 48 hours before arrival
- No-shows
- Early departures or shortened stays
- Changes to booking (date changes, room changes)
- Third-party costs (flights, transfers, etc.)
Not Available For
- Group bookings (10 or more rooms)
- Bookings made through third-party OTAs
- Complimentary or promotional stays

BreezyFlex is a refundable booking option offered by Breezes Bahamas. BreezyFlex is not insurance, a protection plan, or a financial product.
By purchasing BreezyFlex, guests agree to the following:
- The BreezyFlex fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- To receive a refund, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
- Refunds are limited to the trip cost paid to Breezes Bahamas and do not include the BreezyFlex fee, third-party bookings, or incidental charges.
- BreezyFlex applies to the entire reservation. Partial refunds for shortened stays are not available.
- BreezyFlex cannot be transferred to another reservation or guest.
- Breezes Bahamas reserves the right to modify BreezyFlex terms and pricing at any time.
